ABOUT SEMAISENS

We would rather say nothing than say something wrong.

SemaiSens is built in Malaysia, for Malaysian crops, by people who think farm software should show its working.

WHY WE STARTED

Malaysian farms were being watched by tools built for somewhere else.

Malaysian agriculture is paddy that floods twice a year. Oil palm that lives for a quarter of a century. Rubber tapped on a rotation. Pineapple planted in overlapping batches that never line up.

Almost every satellite tool on the market was built for wheat and corn in temperate countries, then translated. Translation loses things. A tool that does not know an oil palm canopy closes at year six will keep reporting healthy fields long after they stop being healthy.

SemaiSens starts from the operating realities of Malaysian crops—not a generic model adapted after the fact.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three things, and we build to all of them.

01

Software should show its working.

Every alert we raise comes from a rule card that names its source. A number you cannot trace is a number you cannot trust.

02

Saying “I don’t know” is a feature.

If evidence will not support a claim, we issue a signed “no claim” instead—and explain exactly what would change that.

03

The person in the field knows things the satellite does not.

When a scout and a satellite disagree, both findings hold until an agronomist looks. Confirmed field checks make the next reading sharper.

HOW WE WORK

Rules we gave ourselves before anyone asked.

01

Nobody approves their own work. A prescription written by one person needs a second name on it.

02

Ringgit figures only come from your own calibrated data. We will not put a money number on a literature average and hand it to an agency.

03

Small groups stay hidden. Anything below five fields collapses in a report, so national totals are right without exposing any single estate.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

We are early, and we would rather tell you.

What we can tell you is what the platform does today, what it refuses to do, and what we are working on next. All of it is in the documentation, which is public.

Today, SemaiSens supports four crops with more than a hundred guides written against published research.

COME AND ARGUE WITH US

If we have got something wrong about your crop, we want to hear it.

That conversation is worth more to us than a demo booking.
